Cervelle Homes, a southeast Houston builder, has begun building homes in their newest League City community, SEDONA. This community features 10,000 square foot lots (83ft. x 120ft.) and will have close to 225 homes.
As a REALTOR® and a future Sedona homeowner, I'm really excited about the neighborhood. So, which features do I like best? Well, we'll get to the garages in a minute, but I love the proximity to I-45.
Sedona is only several blocks west of the freeway at 96 (League City Parkway) which will make life there very convenient.
Secondly, I don't like paying MUD or PID taxes. As is common in most Cervelle neighborhoods, there are no MUD or PID taxes. Cervelle really likes putting the emphasis on the home and the homeowner rather than on the neighborhood. Large lots, alot of home for the money and custom garages are what they're known for and from all indications thats exactly what to expect in Sedona.
Now, getting to my favorite feature of Cervelle's homes are their custom garages. Why more builders aren't offering garages like this is truly beyond me. How about a 3 or 4 car garage? How about topped with a huge storage room or gameroom? Would you like to add a porte cachere? No problem. This is Cervelle's bread and butter and to the many homeowners who quickly buy when they open new neighborhoods, probably their finest feature.
