10 Comments on SEDONA-Cervelle Homes Newest Community Now Open in League City
Hello,
I saw this post and wanted more information on the Cerville homes being built in League City. Do you know if they plan to have more info on their website about the homes being built in Sedona?
Thanks,
Richard
Cervelle will be building approximately 225 homes in this first of three sections of Sedona. Homes range from the 170's - 250's. There are a couple of dozen homes under various stages of construction right now. Both model homes are within a couple of days of completion. As far as the information on their website, that is the same information that they always furnish on their communities--the different plans, pricing, garage configurations, standard amenities, available upgrades and a page detailing their business practices. If you'd like some more detailed information, feel free to email or call me. If I don't know the answer I can find out for you.
It would be a great advertising and selling tool to have a website dedicated to Sedona with regard to Cervelle homes. Available floorplans, garages, building stages, map of available lots in the community, etc. Photos to offer a tour of completed homes, addresses of homes for sale. This would provide incentive to take a drive out and visit the community. I know similar information has been offered for Southgate and Southfork. Please put this information on the web soon!
Patricia,
Cervelle Homes does have their own dedicated site at www.CervelleHomes.com and all the information you need is included there.
If you would like a pdf of available floorplans, let me know.
Sedona is shaping up to be a nice neighborhood. Building has begun in section 2 and section 3 is now open for lot selection.
Let me know if you'd like a tour of the neighborhood and homes.
When we visited with a Cervelle representative at the Sedona office, we were given a map indicating several pre-build homes for sale. Only two of these homes are on HAR.com. Do you know why they would not all be on HAR.com?
Builders don't always have an agent list all their inventory spec homes on the local MLS. Agents are usually well aware of new neighborhoods and will bring buyers to tour current inventory. Homes that have sat for awhile may require additional exposure. The best way to find out about the neighborhood is to work with an agent that lives in the neighborhood and the best way to have a home built is to work with someone who knows the builder's strengths and can make recommendations on changes and additions that are often overlooked. I can help on both counts. Please email me for further details.
I saw you offered a PDF of floor plans, do you have elvations for plan 318?
Please email me: Steve@ClearLakeHomeTeam.com and I'll be happy to send you that floor plan.
Nice home, but unflexible builder. Not tech shield along with a hole list of won't do's. The probably won't be in business long. THis type of attidude only works in boom times.
