Duane - Great advice like always, thank you very much for sharing.

What a team player you are, to share all this information with others in the Rain. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing this with us all. It is hard for me to think like a normal person buyer, so I appreciate any help I can get!
Thnks for sharing Duane. I can see where I can use these to generate more business...
Morning Duane,
Thanks for the information. These forms would help the agent as well as the buyer's recall. Many times a buyer will ask about a particular feature of home X and for the life of me I can't remember which one had the pink brick fireplace. LOL
Duane - thanks for the tip !!! Recently, when we have done some pre-settlement walk-throughs, some of our buyers have shown up with pre-settlement check lists.... I did not think much about it at the time, but can see that it is a growing trend. Thanks for sharing !

Stan, you are welcome, hope it help your buyers stay organized and saves you time and gas $$.
Thanks for stopping by,
Duane
Cyara, probably not the smartest thing I've done, but its what we don here in The Rain. Thanx for stopping by. Carey still out of town?
Pam, you are welcome. That's what Buyers seem to be searching for these days when I look at the stats. Interesting to me. Hope it help you and your buyers.
Thanks for stopping by,
Duane
Duane- Thanks for the new survey!!! I find when working with buyers, not all are inclined to take notes even when I provide them with an easy means to do so. They also don't tend to "revisit" homes/condos for the most part. It's interesting to see that having an easy form to make their notes is a hot topic for them. I'll have to consider or re-consider what I'm currently doing.
Michael, hope you give it a try. Your logo appears on each form so the continued marketing goes along ways. Would be a good marketing tool to provide the agents you work with for their buyers to utilize.
Hal, great point. Would be excellent to use during the initial listing meeting as well. Never thought of that side. Thank you.
Chris, Looks like they buyers are definitely looking for this type of service. Figured the agent better know about the needs of the buyer's that they are doing online searches for.
Service = Referrals
Matt, I hope you give it a shot, the buyers I have used the check lists with love it. I did like the idea of using the check list for listing meetings.
Hi Duane, great information. I use a home comparison worksheet with clients that seems to go over quite well. However, I like your check list much better. I'll try using it with my next set of buyers and see how they like it. Thanks again for some great information!
Jon, great, I appreiate it. I think you and your clients will love it. I always completed the walk through check list for the buyers while they did the rating sheet, and handed it to them after the tour. Great way to track each home.
Good information! I am going to add a page to my web site that includes one for the nuances in my area.
Heath, hope all has been going well. Thanks for the add, I know you will find it a valuable tool.
Thanks for sharing, hearing the same in our area for an increase of homes the buyers are touring. Good way to keep track of the properties.
