There are 424 active listings.This consists of 357 Single Family Residences and 67 Condos.
There are 95 homes in escrow.This consists of 80 Single Family Residences and 15 Condos.
So far this month 4 homes have closed escrow. This consists of 4 Single Family Residences and 0 Condos.
Since our last post, 28 homes were listed, 25 went in to escrow, 16 closed escrow, 25 were taken off the market, 8 were put back on the market and 12 were put on hold.
Median Sold Price in June is $622,500.
Average Sold Price in June is $616,250.
