Located on the West part of Redding, this neighborhood is a local's favorite. Personally, I love it because of the views! It's also not your "cookie-cutter" type neighborhood. Every house has its own unique style.  This morning I met with one of the home owners who bought a home in this neighborhood for $700,000 over three years ago. But don't be alarmed, you can actually find one right now for about $270,000! Several of these homes have spectacular panoramic views of the City, western Mountains, Mt. Shasta and Lassen Range, absolutely gorgeous views and gorgeous homes. 

ABOUT RIVERPARK HIGHLANDS

* Age of homes vary from the early 1990' to 2003.

* The average property lot is about 1/2 acre.

* The majority of the homes have a distinct curb appeal with several of them sitting back from the street.

* RV/Boat parking is almost a given on most of these homes.

* Popular streets: Kingsview Ct., Shadowrun, Trailview and Ironwood Lane.

* Average square feet is approximately 2,500.

* Most houses are one-level although there are a few two-story houses that are breathtaking!
