  • Open Lots vs. Homes with large Established Trees
  • Amount of New Construction in the Area
  • Amenities the Subdivision Offers
  • Safety of the Area

When you find neighborhoods that you like, it is important to talk to the people that live in that neighborhood.  Homeowners are excellent sources if information. They typically know the most about the area, and it is always a good idea to get to know your future neighbors. Researching the neighborhoods of homes you are looking at will insure that you find a location you feel comfortable in.
