It is a wonderful place. You can get homes for 3000 sf for only 200-250K.  A steal since they originally went for 400-500K.

We're seeing quite a buying spurt in lower priced bank owned homes in Livermore, Dublin, Brentwood, Tracy.... are you not seeing the same in Stockton??

Haven't the prices fallen to a point where buyers are starting to purchase a lot of them??
