Ever have to find a home that fits a movie sized screen TV; I did, we had to find just the right sized family room to hold not only the tv, but the components, movie chairs and let's not forget the popcorn machine.

Or maybe there's an important member of the family that we need to consider, and unfortunately, he can't communicate to us his needs; however, he needs a fenced yard to be safe.  I've looked for many a home that has a fenced yard as a requirement for "Beloved Fido" or they wouldn't buy.  Can't say I'd blame them with three doggies of my own!

And the kids, grandkids, or greatgrandkids, they come to visit and of course they need a safe place to gather so we look for large, fenced yards (accommodates Fido too) or locations that have local parks and or tot lots. for our little darlings.
