Survey Ranks Skagit County 5th Nationally with Outstanding Use of TechnologySKAGIT COUNTY - The Center for Digital Government has ranked SKAGIT COUNTY 5th of America's top digital county governments. Skagit County was ranked 5th for Counties with less than 150,000 population.
