This Vancouver
Washington real estate market report is a simple matrix of
the Vancouver West MLS area homes
in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and:
Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical Month of
July, 2008.
This month has 51 more homes in the Active category, and the average
days on the market has increased 10 days to 103 days.
For the listings that are agreeing to offers the average time on the
market is now 77 days -- 18 days more than the prior month.
With the month of July we have seen the typical seasonal slowing of
sales, with in increase in listings that are anticipating the
purchase activity in August and September.
For June year-to-date the RMLS data is showing the Average home
Selling Price for these Vancouver areas ranging from: $166,200 to
$346,200; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $165,200 to
$251,000. The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price
is: $287,700; while the Median Selling Price is: $250,000.
