Does anyone work with REO TRANS ??

I signed up recently and received two really low value BPO's but they didnt offer anything but the CHANCE to list the property. They disclose up front that they are asking two different agents for BPOs but nothing else. I was in the area for one so i gave it a chance.

Does anyone have experience with REOTRANS??
