That seems to be our Market Theme Song! It's a Buyers Market...No! It's a Sellers Market!
The truth is IT'S A REAL ESTATE MARKET...and this means that everyday, there are people BUYING AND SELLING Real Estate.

Some are buying their first home. Others are looking for investment properties. There are people who HAVE to sell because of relocation, or their house just got too big...whatever the reason they are active in Real Estate. So what's the problem? Why are people sitting on the fence? Should we as Real Estate agents have this on our yard signs:

Just curious! Would that make people jump in and write an offer? I don't think so! There is currently an onslaught of homes for sale....we see the signs everywhere:

I invite you to take notice....are they really a good deal? "Time is of the Essence" seems to go out the window in a short sale or REO situation....I personally know people who bought these homes and ended up investing over 100k just to fix the damage done by the person leaving!

One homeowner brought in a motorcycle and changed the oil in the living room, took off the cabinets, poured cement down the toilets, and broke every window in the house!

So what looks like a good deal on paper, doesn't always work out that way does it? Of course being a Recruiter as well as a Realtor you are probably wondering how am I going to tie the two together....are you ready, 'cause here we go!

As an agent, you have probably noticed that there are a LOT of Real Estate offices closing shop. It is OUR equivalent of a FIRE SALE. These same offices that were paying outrageous splits can no longer afford to keep their doors open. If they had any kind of training program, it was quickly done away with in order to keep the doors open a little longer...to the detriment of the agents...so now YOU are the buyer....looking for that perfect home at the right price...

Question: Do you take your license to an office that promises you a higher split, but offers no Management Support? That is like writing an offer on a short sale! It can be 3-8 months before you get an answer!

OR

Do you "hang your license" somewhere and get a 9-5 job till the market "get's better"? That's the equivilant of a short sale becoming an REO. Looks promising in the end, but there's an awful lot of pain involved!

OR

Do you value your career as a Realtor and search for a company that will offer you a FAIR commission split, Management support, FREE training in how to be competent in ANY market, and a state of the art Marketing Department?

If you do, we should definitely set an appointment for a confidential interview!
