Since we opened our doors in Navarro County in August 1, 2007 these are the statistics according to the MLS Statistics:

#1 Office in Real Estate sales with $21,445,977

#1 Office with Current Listings with $23,663,704

#1 In % of sales Price to List Price at selling our listings at an avg. of 98.8% compared to the county avg. of 94.4%

#1 in DOM with 79 days on avg. versus the county avg. of 115 days on the market

The market is currently down from last year about 2% in total units sold. but thanks to our clients we are prospering in a down market!!!
