BACKUP --

Always backup your data.in removable media such as Flash drives, CDROMs, excternal drives etc.

Whether you are using a simple excel spreadsheet or an Outlook addressbook or any other method to record your activities such as calendars etc. always BACKUP at least once per week and especially backup all your LEADS.

Windows can do that for you if you click at "Start" -> "programs" -> "accessories" -> "system tools" -> "backup" .

a power outage ... a power surge ... and some other over our power phenomena can destroy all the circuits and motherboards of our device ... and that is why it is imperative to backup in "solid state" removable media like CDROMs and flash drives etc. (solid states refers to a device without any moving parts)
