I want to share some exciting news with you. A few days ago I had another out of state referral. And of course I went straight to AR to find a good agent to refer it to. There were several agents to choose from. I read profiles. blogs, etc. Then I did what I always do, I made the phone call. The first agent I called didn't answer the phone. So I did what thousands of buyers do when they call an agent about a house and don't get an answer. I called someone else.

I called my customer and they were overjoyed with Scott and his wife. They couldn't praise them enough!  Congratulations on the listing Scott!

Dawsonville is the starting gate for the Appalachian Trail, which goes all the way to Maine. It's about a 6 month hike if you'd like a real adventure!
