However, Times are Changing.
These days over 80% of home buyers begin their search on the internet. Almost half of them go to Realtor.com. Homes offering virtual tours are viewed 7-8 times more than homes viewed without virtual tours. All of my listings have virtual tours and an enhanced presence on Realtor.com. Over half of all of the Tulsa area listings on Realtor.com are Coldwell Banker Listings. Open houses are now virtual. Your home is held open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
