Whidbey Island, WA Is The Second Longest Island in the United States

Thank you Sue Frause for correcting me.  Since I grew up in Seattle I had learned in school that Whidbey Island is the second longest island in the U.S.  Sue Frause, a journalist and also wrote the copy for Island County tourism website (Whidbey Island /Camano Island). Sue was nice enough to take the time to write and correct me...  "Whidbey is actually the longest island in the US, as of 20+ years. A US Supreme Court ruling declared as such -- meaning Long Island in New York is in fact NOT an island."So Whidbey Island is the Longest Island in the U. S.Thank you Sue!
