Special offer

A lowball offer stinks, Especially in todays market.

Receiving a low offer is disappointing. But, before rejecting it, try to find out something about the buyers and, particularly why they offered the price they did.The Atlanta Home buyer could be used to negotiating in his line of work. For such a buyer, offering less than the asking price may be nothing more than business as usual, and I have seen this tactic in action. Buyers want to buy at the lowest price possible, just as sellers want the highest price possible. Don't fault a buyer for trying to get a property at the lowest possible price, particularly if he's well qualified and sincere in his or her desire to buy your home. Potential buyers often don't know in advance how high they'll be willing to go in order to get the home they want and ond the other hand, sellers may not know their bottom line until they get into the negotiations and find out that there is a serious buyer wanting to purchase the property.

So do not give up to early.
