A few days ago I added a new entry into my Seattle condo blog about a new condo project.  Normally, nothing much happens but Google quickly indexed the new post.  Today, the local newpaper published, what became a controversial article about the condo project, and people thoughout the country Googled it (per the stats).  Well, my 6 day old post came up number one for the search term "Moda Condos" and my visitor count for the day skyrocketed to over 1,200 with 700 uniques. 

Yeah, I know most those visitors won't stick but hopefully some will.  Regardless, this does illustrate the power of blogging.  Google loves blog contents and quickly indexes it.  Timely and informative content is what people look for, and they will find it and they will come. 

Blog often.
