Disciplinary Actions

As I get my day started off, I log onto the NWMLS and read through the Discover home page and take a look at the disciplinary actions for August and I'm rather shocked at the lenghts people will go to get business. Are people not cofindent enough in what they are doing to get business that they have to stoop to the level to try to take it from other agents, whom have all ready done the work to secure the listing. What ever happened to planning the work and working the plan? I pride myself in the ethics and integrity that I have and I'm quickly learning that not everyone else shares those qualities. I have seen some pretty crazy things in the short 2 years that I've been in business that I just can't believe the level in which people would sink down to. It makes me want to stick to my hard work ethics that much more. Do unto others....
