What does Your client communications convey?

By
Mortgage and Lending with Christensen Financial Inc.

As my first blog, I wanted to first thank Active Rain for this concept.  It is well thought out and can serve to benefit the Real Estate profession.

In the Service world, it is very important to convey a positive response to clients.  For example, ask yourself the following questions:

  • When a client calls in a panic, how do you handle the situation?  Do you get emotional with them? Or do you keep a cool head and try to soothe the situation?  Taking the reins of an emotional situation requires cool leadership that is a rare comodity.  On the other hand, reacting to a situation (instead of responding intellectually) causes clients to be unsure of you the agent.

If this is a line of thought that you would like to subscribe to, please let me know.  To everyone success!

Thank you Lori.

In our area, Realtors have a hard time not getting emotional about client issues. It is my job to help indoctrinate them into being an anchor and not bobbing up and down in the water with the client's emotions.

Also, would love to pick your brain on a few things at some point.

This is a great forum!
