This is located in the north end of Palm Springs, which is seeing a renaissance of new commercial & residential activity.  This one is priced to sell.  BTW, I am flying to Sun Valley for the weekend.  First time to Idaho for me.  Have a great weekend.

Gita- Casa de Oro is a 30 year old condominium community in Palm Springs.  Taking the pictures inside was a challenge because it was vacant.  Thanks for coming by and commenting.

Great location.  I agree that the north end of Palm Springs is a good buy right now, and it is going through a lot of redevelopment.
