Michelle, thanks for sharing more pics.  It is amazing and was a totally fabulous house to stage.  So, where's the maid's quarters?  Did you put a personalize bucket with cleaning supplies in there? Joking.

Michelle, The home is absolutely gorgeous and I particularly loved the tapestry (?) that is behind the sofa---just a beautiful job you did.

Terri: Sorry, no monogrammed maid's bucket. There were just too many photos of too many rooms, so I chose my favorites. Thank you again for all your help. The master bath and suite looks marvelous.

Carole: The tapestry is a high quality reproduction of a French antique. It has a very mascqueline/world explorer theme, so I thought it worked well for a Gentleman's Den. Thanks for stopping by and your comments.

It's awesome, Michelle.  You did a fabulous job.  Those chairs in the gentlemen's den are very nice and I love that powder room!

Hi Kathy: This was one of those projects that came together quickly (I had 1 full day to prep it after getting the deposit check and signed contract - and I don't start prepping anything until I have both of those) and just flowed. The chairs are new from Brook! Thanks for your kind comment.

BTW: Those are all photos taken with that wide angle lens with no flash and not tripod.

Michelle ~ Great job and pictures!  I like how you echoed the scrolling in the sconces with the metal piece on the fireplace.  Since I love topiaries, my eye was drawn to the ones you used in this home.  Nice touches.

Kathy: I was at a loss for what to put on the mantle. Any mirrors or paintings I had were too wide as the fireplace gets quite narrow abot 24" above the mantle. Initially, I didn't put anything there except the topiaries, but it didn't look right. So, I went shopping, and when I saw this piece I knew it would be perfect. I love the topiaries on the fireplace mantle. I wish I could find more! Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Aloha Michelle,

The asymetrical floral sculpture flanked by the pair of symetrical topiary's looks simple and elegant. The tapesrty is unusual, very colorful, is it yours?

Peace,

Hi Michelle,

I too love that mantle!  Those topiaries are very cool, as is the sculpture.  Gorgeous job staging!

You are truly talented!

The pictures look great!  I wish I could get ALL of my sellers to use a stager!

Michelle, the photos are absolutely breathtaking!  I agree with Patti that the mantle is incredible!  The contrast between the light walls and the dark decor really create an elegant style!

Kimo: I always love your comments. They are always very thoughtful (full of thought as well as kind). The tapestry is supplied by my Persian rug dealer. I don't often get to use that one since it is so masculine. The problem is that my clients keep buying their tapestries and their stock is depleted.

Thank you Patti: The sculpture on the mantle was a last minute score. I didn't see it in the store the week before, but it was exactly what I was looking for.

David: I wish you could too (as do all of my TX stager buddies). Have you thought of offering your home sellers a professional staging consultation? It would set you apart from other agents in your area, get you more listings and make it easier to sell those listings. If you would like a referral to a stager in your area that you could team up with, let me know.

Kristina: Thank you so much. I'm glad you like it.

Great photos Michelle and staging. I love the bathroom with copper (i think) sink! What a neat home to stage

Jessica: Yes, the sink was distressed copper. The builder did a great job picking the finishes. Every counter top, tile, faucet and cabinet was nicer than the last. It was a pleasure to work in that house. Thanks.

Michelle,

This is a beautiful Encino home that you have staged.  I love the mosaic tile on the wall in the powder room, very dramatic! The colors you used in the gentlemen's den are absolutely beautiful as well! Continued success!
