Pa law requires Real Estate Agents to provide the consumer notice to consumers at the first contact where  'a substantive discussion about real estate occurs."  Please do not disclose personal information unless you select an agency relationship.

The notice is not a contract. Once you decide on Agency Relationship you should sign the Agency Contract .

Please remember that when you go to new Construction the agent there represents the builder and they have a notice most of the time that if you are working with a Buyer's Agent the agent should accompany you at the initial visit.
