I met yesterday with a representative of Wisconsin Homesand he said that the company was going to start do business in Canada.  I found that they have a huge housing need.  This is due to the oil and gold they have up there.

Does anyone know the steps for a realtor to get licensed there?   I think for the person with contacts, up there, it could be profitable.
