AVERY RANCH SUBDIVISION is located in Round Rock just Northwest of Austin, on either side of Parmer Lane North of RR 620. It is a master planned golf course community with 4000 homes on 1800 acres. The neighborhood feeds into two high schools, The East side of Parmer attends Vista Ridge High School, and Artie Henry Middle School, part of Leander ISD. West of Parmer  attends McNeil High School, and
Noel Gresham Middle School, part of Round Rock ISD.

                                                      DOM: 4 to 221 with an average of 79
