Mitch Ribak, 100MPH Marketing and HomeGain on Real Estate Radio USA

On a RealEstateRADIOUSA interview yesterday, Mitch Ribak gives his interesting take on what he does to run a successful real estate brokerage.

Mitch explains how his firm Tropical Real Estate of Suntree Florida acquires and converts leads-ALL done via the internet. Mitch's firm is enjoying tremendous success even THIS year in this lousy market.

Mitch's firm is on pace to sell over 250 homes this year.

Mitch also gives his views on what it takes to be a Realtor vs a business person.

He favors buyers vs sellers. (90% of his business is from buyers and 100% from HomeGain's buyerlink)

"HomeGain does a better job than he does trying to manage key words on Google and Yahoo! and it cost half the price!

"Anyone using Google or Yahoo and not HomeGain is foolish!"

I'm really starting to warm up to real estate radio. Good info on topics that matter to real estate agents.

there are some good real estate radio programs.

Besides Real Estate Radio USA there is HomeGain Radio (part of the HomeGain blog) and Dustin Luther's Round tables on 4Realz.com which are good.

Thanks for the propos Louis! ;) And I defnitely like what the guys at Real Estate Radio USA are doing. It's great stuff and has to be a lot of work. I can't even imagine putting on a regular show EVERY day!

I love what you and Louis are doing. The more in the biz who seek to inform the consumer and other agents about how they can improve their business, the beeter it is for all of us. You guys keep up the stellar jobs you are doing.

Louis, we've been pushing the Homegain blogs...now after hearing from Mitch we need you on to explain the Homegain Buyerlink program and dispel the myths and show the realities of success in the program.

Many "similar" products merely buy their traffic from homegain and repackage it with a mark up.
