Here at Stage a Star....we've been very busy these days DE-staging the homes we've been staging in Cincinnati because they are SOLD!
We were thrilled to hear the news that this beautiful home in the suburbs of Symmes Twp SOLD in just 46 days! The homeowner called Stage a Star prior to putting the home on the market. Her main concern was the living and dining room areas because there was no furniture in these spaces. We were able to bring in the neccessary furnishings to give it that WOW! factor it lacked. In the rest of the house, we worked with the homeowners own furniture adding our own inventory of decorative accessories and artwork. It had a huge visual impact! 
After the house was staged, we brought in our professional photographer, Jenny Walters, who did a fabulous job with the photos! The professional photographs are always included in our full service stagings. The photos are sent to the listing Realtor to use for the MLS online photos and all the other print advertising.
