Buyers!!

I am again working with buyers where only REOs and short sales are in her price range. I don't understand why buyers cannot get it in their heads that they cannot negotiate with the sellers. The banks in my area are already taking a 30% to 50% hit on these homes. The buyers are already getting a deal! I wish the public would listen to the professionals instead of the media!!

Jean.....it is really rough when the price range for some of these buyers is all REO's and short sales. I am making my buyers sign a disclosure and selecting they type of homes they want to see. The disclosure explains the pitfalls and troubles they may encounter. They change their tune pretty quick.
