Hi Karen... the drive was actually quite nice and much shorter than I had imagined.  Aubrey has a lot going for it and this house is really cute.  I even stopped for a late lunch at Rudy's BBQ in Frisco on the way home!

Hi Trey... There's a lot of new construction in the Aubrey area.  It is definitely a growth area in the Metroplex.  I may be biased, but I think this one is a great buy since it's a short sale! :)

Hey Karen... Rudy's is actually one of my favorite BBQ joints.  I just love it.  I lived less than a mile from one in Austin and have been hooked ever since.  Before I found this one in Frisco, the closest ones to Dallas were in either Denton or Waco.  How about the next time I go up to Aubrey we plan to meet there for lunch?
