Well we had a great weekend. Karen was like a kid again having fun and pulling pranks. Laughing with the girls.
My brother-in-law Jimmy got appointed to the Grand Executive Committee.
Both my neices received floor stations.. Renee Grand Hope plus a Grand Rep to MA. Michele got Grand Lecturer and Grand Rep to Kentucky. We are so proud of them.
The State Master Counselor for NJ DeMolay was there as well and mentioned that they are also growing and are already ahead of last years total new memberships.
These two youth organizations are affliated with the F&A Masons, Eastern Star, & Order of the Amaranth.
Karen and I are going to be on a mission this year to help one of the assemblies that is the underdog win the booster competition.
The International Order of Rainbow for girls is open to girls between the ages of 11-21. There are currently 9 assemblies in the state. If you know of anyone that might be interested in joining an assembly please get in touch with me.
If you are a former rainbow girl and have not been active now might be a good time to come back and get reaquainted with some old friends and make some new ones.
