Kauai Single Family Residences Sold by Number Each Year

This chart demonstrates the streep decline in number of Kauai Hawaii home sales. However, as demonstrated by the previous chart, Kauai median sales prices of single family homes have only dropped slightly. This demonstrates two things: (1) Kauai sellers are willing to wait for their prices and (2) most Kauai sellers are not pressured or under any financial duress to drop prices significantly.
