On August 9, 2008 McCall Auctions and Real Estate sold at Public Auction a home that was built in 1999. The home needed work. There were 50 to 60 couples through the open houses that were sceduled and on auction day 3 bidders took the sale price to $172,000.00 The Sellers gave their acceptance to lift the reserve at $165,000.00
