Best Real Estate Postcards Web Site

I decided to change the focus from my real estate postcard printing site to one where I offer marketing advice, showcase companies that offer valuable services, explain how some of those marketing services work, and so on.

The site is something of a hybrid. It's a good example of a static WordPress site. However, I did enable comments and pingbacks.

Static WordPress sites are a relatively easy and inexpensive way to set up a web site, with or without a blog. I haven't decided whether I will also add blog posts to this site, but knowing myself, I probably will!

Please do me a huge favor and visit my new site, Best Real Estate Postcards. It would be a big help to me if you would:

1) Vote in the marketing poll

2) Leave a comment on one of the pages
[Note: at this time apparently that's not an option after all! I'll be working on this feature.]

Thanks for your help - I hope you enjoy the site! Suggestions are always welcome.

My partner has always done my monthly postcards for me and they have always been helpful postcards. The fact that he's a home inspector might have something to do with it, but I've never marketed myself or my services, just helpful information with my contact information on the card.

I've done carbon monoxide and fireplace postcards at the beginning of heating season, roof maintenance postcards at the start of the rainy season, recall notice postcards at least twice a year to teach people how to check for recalls and then subscribe to future notices, etc. I have a reputation in my farm as the "Postcard Realtor" and it's amazing that whenever I go for a listing appointment, invariably there is a stack of all my helpful postcards on the table.

Great site!  I voted for website - I would have like to vote both postcards and website.  I get cards through VistaPrint and I have NEVER had a problem with the.  You have great advice on your site!

Not sure the survey implies that "Postcards" gets referrals. I have serious doubts that postcards contribute greatly to the referral process.

Also suspect that referrals will happen close after the sale completes for a client.

@ Howard - all I know is the postcard business gets a lot of orders from Realtors!

I've modifed the site so it's not so "sales-y." I do have affiliate links on it, but I've added more useful marketing information, and will continue to do so.
