Phoenix Arizona Real Estate Homes

Today will be the official launch date of my new Phoenix Arizona Real Estate Homes blog found at www.PhoenixArizonaRealEstateHomes.com. I want to personally thank all those that have helped to inspire me, motivate and encourage me along the way!

First and foremost I want to thank and formally acknowledge Brian Gardner, a true talent for developing wonderful WordPress themes, my favorite be the Revolution City! Through his fantastic forum of moderators offering reliable and timely help and other purchasers of the Revolution Themes, I have met some amazing people from all over the world.

I, personally want to thank a particular forum member, Ade Walker who has helped me tremendously with this new learning curve. His outstanding patience's, willingness and knowledge is absolutely amazing. Without Ade to run to my rescue through the development of my Phoenix Arizona Real Estate Homes blog, it would have never reached this day to share it with all of you!

Thank you Ade from the bottom of my heart! You were a true Godsend and what I consider a great new friend. "You Rock"

I have to say the new learning curve working with Wordpress.org and implementing plugins, hosting accounts, CSS, PHP and all the other geek language that goes with it has been frustrating but yet invigorating just the same! My new blog will be sharing much about the Phoenix Arizona real estate market, the trends, area market reports, events, an online portal for buyers and sellers to investigate the home buying process in Arizona. My hope is to provide excellent information, real estate opinions and provide exactly what you want to hear and read about!

Candace, You have a great looking blog. It's a standout! I was looking at the Revoulution themes last week... I like the city one the best also. Who are you using for hosting?

Desiree - Thank you my friend, I have had my head buried in this and the learning curve has about killed me, it's more work than I ever imagined. I have so much more to learn and yet it's fun, exciting and hope I don't have to start a new career! The objective of this darn blog is to intrigue some new readers/clients, I hope they like it!

Adam - Thank you...your kind words and continued support is wonderful. It's all part of your fault, since coming to AR and getting the blogging bug, you were one of the first AR members I started interacting with and I'm grateful for that!  Blog On, Brother!

Jason - Thank you, yet another first connection for me on AR that helped me get the "blog bug" it's been a work in progress and I am still tweaking, one wrong move and it can mess up the entire page. Who ever said CSS & PHP was easy, huh!  Thanks for the encouragement my friend, hope all is well.

Ginger - Thank you!! I love BG's themes, if you think about using them, don't hesitate. Brian is actually working on some new Real Estate themes, so you might want to give it some time til he gets them out. No doubt they will be perfect!  As for hosting, I am using, DreamHost, I use FileZilla (Firefox) for FTP and it seems to work perfectly!  Of course my blog is best viewed in Firefox...IE still shows some glitches that I need to work out. Thank you for your comments, don't hesitate to call if you decide to go with Brian Gardner's Revolution Themes, open for questions anytime. The support forum is amazing!

Teri - Thank you! Yes, it has taken a boat load of my time and other things have been neglected. I am about 95% there now and sure over time will be tweaking here and there. Afterall, I couldn't be the only one that didn't take part of the 'outside world' (Jay Thompson's verbage) and be on the team at AZREBN....now could I?  Thanks again for your continued support, let me know if you find errors. I think my eyes are just toast after all the hours staring at the blog!! Thanks much.

Leolinda - You are so sweet! Thank you my friend. It's been a long hard road and I've learned so much but yet so much still to learn! I consider myself such a rookie. There is no wonder why these designers and programmers get so much money for this stuff, there is lots to the gears and machinery behind these blogs! Thanks for taking notice! Hope all is well.

Karen - Thank you so much! You words are so kind after all the long hours of putting this together from scratch and no knowledge. This definitely was a learning curve for this brain of mine! Time to rest it. Thanks for stopping by! Sure miss you all.

Job well done Candace!

It'll never be done. But the bulk of the tedious stuff is over, and now the real fun begins!

Welcome to the Phoenix blogiverse. You've just helped cement Phoenix as the epi-center of real estate blogging.

"Outside world" seemed more politically correct than "real world"...  ;)

Jay - Thanks again! I agree, it will never be done. I am sure, like you I will change up, I am already thinking of other themes etc. Crazy huh? All the hard work is done, I should just walk away now!  Thanks for welcoming to the group, I hope to make the Phoenix bloiverse 'proud'.... I'm liking the outside world...perfectly correct indeed!
