Need Help with Email Subscriptions

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help with email subscriptions.  I would like to know how you put on your page to subscribe to a newsletter or download free brochure, or print a free article provide your email address here.  You know the ones I'm talking about I see them on lots of pages.  Today is a beautiful day and I have my grand child here and here is where we live:  not the best of pictures but this is what I have right now.  Feeling a little guilty because of the amount of time I have spent today researching this I decided I must be crazy not to be at the shore allowing her to swim. Lets face it summer in New England is only about 3-4 months long.  So off we go.  I really appreciate all the information provided on this network but can not allow it to interfere with my family.  Even though I think I have a great marketing idea and my business is also important.  Anyway I don't know if I have to subscribe to a service or if this is a simple insertion.  Thank you in advance for your help and understanding.  I know we all walk that fine line of family and business sometimes.  I am going to do a quick spell check so please excuse spelling and grammar errors on this post.
