We sold a new house for $73,000.  It is a three bedroom two bath house. 

The market under $100,000 is very active now in our area.  There are many upper and mid scale foreclosure homes but the lower end has been picked through.  People are just now seeing that they can save time and money with modular homes.

We live in a beautiful area but due to distance from a major city the growth has stopped.

It seems as though the lower end in our market has hit bottom!  it's great to see the activity picking up isn't it?
