Isabelle SwimmingOver the weekend we had some of the most beautiful weather here in Myrtle Beach, SC. Since I have been so busy the past few weeks with real estate, my wife decided it was time for us to do something relaxing. So she suggested we go to the pool in our development.

We have been delaying going to the pool this summer because of Isabelle's birth and not wanting her to get overheated, or sunburnt. But, with the cooler temperatures in the low 80's, it was the perfect time. So, we changed into our suits and headed for the amenity center.

The sun was beginning to set, so I quickly grabbed my camera to catcha few pictures of Baby Belle in her swimming suit for the first time. Then, we found us a nice quiet area of the pool to go swimming. The pool is just under 800,000 gallons and holds 763 swimmers at a time, so finding our own quiet place was not a problem. We slid her carseat over to the side of the pool and my wife and I took a brief dip while she laughed and giggled at us. I think she really enjoyed her first trip to the pool.

When I began searching for a home to buy, one of the biggest things I looked for was great amenities. That is something that attracted me to The Farm almost instantly. The farm boasts some of the greatest amenities around. It has so much more than just the one large pool. The community has full court basketball court, a play ground, a secondary pool, clubhouse, and fitness center.

You would think for all these amenities you would have to pay several hundred dollars a month right? Well that is far from the truth. The fees for single family homes is only $87 per month. And, you get your trash service and basic cable included! Watch this short video to see all about the great things The Farm has to offer.

These are just another few reasons why I love living in The Farm at Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! There are currently plenty of great homes available, and I would love for you to come be my neighbor, so contact me today.

Wow, I didn't realize the HOA was so low at The Farm. That is a great selling point for that community considering all of the amenities available there.

Thanks for sharing.

Cannot imagine the insurance for the pool can be covered by $87 monthly. Really nice. And your daughter is a cutie pie.
