Hyde Park Real Estate

At the time of this report there were 147 active listings in Hyde Park NY with properties ranging from $11,500-$3,200,000. These properties ranged in age from 1850- 2008 . An analysis of the data showed that most of the properties sold were in the $200,000 range.

I recently compiled a Dutchess County report by town to show how the real estate market has done over the last 6 months when compared to last year, this report is worth considering.

Carole - I agree that Hyde Park is one of the area with very affordable inventory. The location is great because it is just minutes from the metro -north station in poughkeepsie.
