Congratulations of your new affiliation.    I recall a discussion we had last fall at your 1 Wilson Street Broker's lunch about how much more difficult it was to recruit agents than we had anticipated.  The benefits to working for a boutique firm seem so evident to us.  And now look at you:  you have done an amazing job of recruiting great talent and for that I am envious.  But looking at the big picture, I'm thrilled that you've been able to do what you've done. It's always great to see a woman entrepreneur succeed.  I support all agents who contribute to improving the reputation of real estate professionals regardless of affiliation and you certainly fit the description.
