When I first looked at this from my email this morning-I was really impressed! I guess that shows my gullibility! Then I looked a little closer and easily figured out the trick that was played on my mind! Did you?!

Once figured out-I thought this truly relates to our Real Estate Business......How you say?

When I first looked at this trick, I was looking as a potential buyer or seller, or maybe a FSBO  of a home-oh this is simple, no problem, I can breeze through this and be truly impressed when I am done! Good job!

BUT as a Realtor, looking out for the best interests of my clients-I NEED TO SEE THE OUTCOME BEFORE IT HAPPENS!

Isn't that why I am paid? I must anticipate all the possible scenarios or challenges and be prepared with a plan of action for any contingency! I must always have the answer ready even before my client asks! I cannot afford to get fooled-it will cost me and it will cost my client and I CANNOT let that happen!
