The LA Times has finally caught on to what I've been telling MY buyers for months now.  This is YOUR time to shine.  There is a glut of new construction right now from developers and projects that began 2-3 years ago, and until those are gone, there are going to be deals and incentives for those ready to make the jump. After those are gone, well, the sellers will once again be in control.

I personally have been pushing several projects to my buyers that I think are such great deals, and really cool spaces.  the WA Lofts on Wilcox Ave are some of my favorites, as well as the Sunset Silverlake project near Sunset Junction in Silverlake.
