Using Feedback for Marketing

On my listings I request feedback from showing agents by email and I offer a $20 gift certificate to the agent that closest guesses the sale price. At the end of each month I send out an email announcing the winners for the month and I also include information on all of my new listings. The program has gained me quite a bit of notoriety among agents. Agents read the email to see who in their office won and it's a great chance for me to expose them to my listings.

That' a great way to promote feedback from agents! It might even entice me to leave some for another agent. I'm really bad unless they call me....

Great idea, Troy. People hate giving up stuff for free but when you entice them, that changes things! What types of gift certificates do you send out as the prize?
