Relationship marketing is the core of success for building any business. The real estate agent that discovers the power of relationship marketing and G.I.V.E. will have a mission statement for working with FSBO clients very similar to Southwest Airlines' customer service oriented statement:  Foremost, we want you to know that it is never our wish to inconvenience our Valued Customers.  We should show our FSBO clients we are in the Customer Service business-we want to help them to save your commission dollar and that we can help them with all their real estate needs regardless of whether they list or not!

 

And this is why we should.  FSBO marketing is a great way to build your listing inventory!  Using the G.I.V.E methods taught in this class will significantly enhance your prospecting methods and will guarantee future listings and multiple referrals.

 Attendees will discover the G.I.V.E (Guidance in Value Education) method for working FSBO clients.  Attendees will be educated on National FSBO stats, the personality profile of the FSBO and the formula for choosing to work with an FSBO client.  Attendees will learn research methods and learn a phone number organization system for cross referencing and finding FSBO's to prospect. Attendees will outline a 45 day plan to take them from the FSBO approach to the use of numerous G.I.V.E. methods that will "WOW" the FSBO and have your sign in their yard if they do not successfully sell by owner.  Attendees will be knowledgeable of online partnerships with The 3 B method alliances that can be used to enhance the G.I.V.E method and bring more value to the FSBO and bring more value to you as an agent.  Attendees will not only be motivated by discovering a new twist to basic real estate prospecting but they will be inspired to grow their business based on a behavior of giving and serving and building relationships that will result in leads and visibility and more people "KNOWING YOU"!
