Increase in Sales for the East Bay Area Market

It has been an exciting week watching the solds increase in the East Bay market.  Solds have doubled in the East Bay this past month.  This week we received 10 calls on a property in Oakland that we had on the market for almost six months, there was NO price reduction.  We then received 4 offers and accepted one.  We also did a smal price reduction on a property in Castro Valley and received several calls, 3 offers and accepted one of them today.  Multiple Offers?????  I have seen them on shrot sales and foreclosures but it is very refreshing to see them happen on properties that are not distressed.  It has been a tough road and i am sure that it will continue to be that way for awhile.  We have found that if we just show up and WORK, have a positive midset, Do The Right thing always, work with our team members and make the clients #1.  We will prevail.  Oh yes, don't forget the Lead Generating.....and follow up. 

It is exciting to watch this happen.  We also know that we must stay up on the market statistics, changing of laws, changing of disclosures and on and on.
