There are key elements that you will find at the top of your school's local repo

school books

rt card.  They include:

  • Your districts "Performance Index" score
  • The number of state indicators met out of 30
  • Whether or not your district met Annual Yearly Progress (AYP)
  • Your district's rating
  • Your district's "Value-Added" measure

 You will find each of these measures in the various sections of your school district's report card.

Each of the report card elements provide you with important information about how your school district is performing when compared to other school districts in Ohio.  You will also find report card information for your child's school building that will permit you to compare your child's school with other schools in the district as well as other school buildings in your area.
