I want to apologize forr the inactivity on Activerain.  I have been really really busy with the Hillcrest Association (I'm the membership chair for the Association) and with the starting of the Cub Scouts, pack 99.  In addition to my community service, I have also been extremely busy with my real estate career.  So far, all of my listings in the Hillcrest Section of Paterson have either sold or are under contract.  Because of the rapid increase in my business, I had to sacrifice my activities on Activerain.  I am coming back though, but with much more information to blog about (I love Paterson and I love my Hillcrest Neighborhood!!!).
