RealtyTrac

I was wondering if anyone has used RealtyTrac for foreclosure properties before?

I would appreciate if I can get info on how is it and how do they work? Do you get list of properties that are foreclosed or can you buy them?

Also how do I go about finding REO's? I have clients who are looking for foreclosed homes and not that many properties are on MLSNI.

I think RealtyTrac is a lead generation company and IMHO using a lead generation company like putting your money down the garbage disposal. I speak from my own experience. You can get lists of foreclosure properties without paying for them.

It is a lead generation company and I think your are better served with your title rep giving you information.
