I read a blog on AR last week that CENTURY 21 agents were out of touch with the times and couldn't connect with the X-Y generations. Obviously they haven't seen your video blog.
This is truly thinking outside the box and will keep buyers tuned in untill the end no matter what their age. Excellent job with content and presentation. Thank you for sharing this. It is definately a 1A+!!
I don't think I've ever felt so uncomfortable in my life, as I just was while viewing that. It literally made me start sweating. I hope that for those kids safety's sake, no one at their school sees that.

Ron Jenkins- are you not aware that this is a take on a song from 1990? I would dare say that most of the folks in the "Y" generation have never even heard the original. This hardly exhibits being 'in touch with the times.' It does, however, exhibit being in touch with a lack of pride and self-worth.
Who would not want a creative Realtor who can sell? Creativity is a part of selling. If it works; work it. Definitely "Outside the Box". I like, I like!
