Besides active rain and Craigslist, has anyone else had an good luck with any other websites? 

 

Also if do use craigslist, have you had any luck in certain areas compared to others?  

What type of buyers or sellers are you getting?  

I have picked up a few buyers from Craigslist, but I am looking for how to get more.

One of my favorite subjects, her goes: Point2agent.com (this site links you to over 20 other sites automatically) Postlets.com, househitz.com. listvue.com, backpage.com, zillow.com. Try these and good luck!

I have had stuff come from zillow, postlets, homes.com that some how my stuff was syndicated too and realtor and remax are my other big ones.

I am on the same bandwagon as everyone else. I use Point2 & Postlets. I do tend to stay away from Craigslist. For some reason as a Female agent that one makes me real nervous
