July was one of those busy month that many New Jersey Real Estate agents did not see coming.  Or was it busy for them?  From all the B@$%&ng and complaining I heard from many of them perhaps it was not such a busy month.  Other then the holiday weekend I know I was busy with clients. 

Funny thing though, other real estate markets such as Summit New Jersey, & Chatham New Jersey put up big numbers when it came to sold and closed in July, but the South Orange New Jersey Real Estate market was only able to put up 16 home sales during the month.
